Neutrophilic dermatoses comprises of non-infective dermatoses which are histopathologically characterized by neutrophil predominant infiltrates.
Diagnosis: A biopsy sample of the ulcer shows a dense neutrophilic infiltrate extending to the base of the lesion, a finding consistent with neutrophilic dermatosis.
Treatment: methylprednisolone, oral cyclosporine, and wound care.
